MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MAJOR MEAT SUPPLIER IN THE INDUSTRY

Primary Responsibilities:

* Progressive sales experience in the meat industry selling philly style steak products is a plus * District/Regional/National Account Experience * Experience managing brokers * Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and increase sales volume by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call and/or visit existing accounts * Prospect for new business within region * Closes new sales by building rapport with potential account, explaining products and service capabilities, overcoming objections, assists in setup of customer account with corporate office

Requirements Required Skills and Duties:

* Progressive sales record * Food Service and retail sales experience * Ideally 5- 10+ years meat sales background * Drive to sell and grow territory volume, number of customer accounts, and sales revenue. Self-starters with good street sales experience * Four year degree preferred
